Do not skip breakfirst

Breakfirst is the main meal we take when the day started.Its the main thing that gives energy to us to do our daily works.after the dinner we stay long time without any food till morning.So we dont have any nutrients to produce energy inside our body to start the day energyly so whole day is going weak when we skip our breakfirst.Not only that we it me cause to some dangerous diseases like gastritis and etc.so we should take our breakfirst properly without skipping.
